Dictator

A keen eye is kept on Sylvere Maes as he fixes a puncture on the descent of the Galibier. Desgrange ruled with an iron fist and saw the Tour as a test to the utmost of the human character. The harder the race and the more the riders complained the more difficult he would make the race. A mad man or a genius? You decide.
