Group training/torture. My legs feel like seizing up and I'm hobbling around like a penguin. The worst thing is that I had to leave early for a meeting so didn't do the last two hill intervals. I can only imagine what I would have looked like then. We did sprints which got my hamstrings really burning. then we went onto one of my favorite sets. Uphill intervals in the big chainring. This burns all the way up but because it is time based I can see myself improving as the season continues.
